Ferndown Estates - Marston Green

I cannot tell you how impressed I have been with Ferndown Estates and the lettings team!. I recently moved my rental property from Burchell Edwards to Ferndown, after years of poor service and communication. When the keys were given back by the previous agent, the property was tired and needed a complete makeover for new tenants and marketing. The ladies in lettings took care of everything!!. Approved contractors were instructed immediately, decorators, carpentry, gas fitter and electrics, all carried out to a high standard and all within the time frames given. Needless to say, the property rented immediately and at a 20% higher yield than with the previous agent too! I would reccomend very highly to any landlord. Sharon, Dawn, Amanda, Jo and the lovely Mandy, you are all absolute superstars. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Charlotte Lees has been my post sales manager on my house purchase and she has been absolutely brilliant. Her communication from the start has been second to none and she has been really helpful with any necessary chasing and answering any daft questions I may have had. Highly recommend Ferndown and Charlotte in particular :).

Top service yet again from Ferndown. Great service from Amanda & Dawn in the lettings dept. Everyone is so helpful and would recommend this agency 100%.

Great experience with Ferndown Estate Agents. From the first time Adam showed us around the property to the purchasing of the property the support was brilliant. Charlotte was amazing. She was friendly, she kept us informed, explained everything we didn’t understand, she helped us every step of the way. As an older couple and never having moved before we didn’t know what to expect or do, Charlotte was always on the end of the phone to explain what we needed to do and how, absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend Ferndown. Thank you Charlotte Adam and team.

The team was professional, helpful, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. They made everything much less stressful and were always happy to answer our questions. Many thanks to Brian , Enzo and Charlotte who went above and beyond to help us during the process.
