This was our second time using Ferndown Estates, but our first experience as sellers, and as a neurodiverse family, the process of preparing, selling, and completing our house move was incredibly stressful. Ferndown Estates were absolutely fantastic, and I can't thank them enough. Their family-centered approach allowed me to express my concerns, and they reassured me every step of the way. Though they work collaboratively, which kept us informed, having different team members call with updates became overwhelming, as I never knew who to expect. After I explained this, they immediately assigned a single point of contact to manage everything for us, even asking if there was anything else they could do to accommodate us from an ASD perspective.
