We've recently had our flat sold through Ferndown estate. Very professional and good organised agency. In our case of selling and buying we have experienced big delays, I would easily say above average, everything caused by incompetent solicitors, from both sides, but eventually everything went through after long time. There is an one magic person, who was looking after our case. Her name is Charlotte, our little angel who looked after us so well. She have chased both sides with unlimited patience, going up and above with anything we've asked, cheering us up as we couldn't cope with this case anymore and we have almost pull out.
