Great experience with Ferndown Estate Agents. From the first time Adam showed us around the property to the purchasing of the property the support was brilliant. Charlotte was amazing. She was friendly, she kept us informed, explained everything we didn’t understand, she helped us every step of the way. As an older couple and never having moved before we didn’t know what to expect or do, Charlotte was always on the end of the phone to explain what we needed to do and how, absolutely brilliant.
