I sold a house through this estate agents. I’ll be totally honest - I have dealt with another branch of CJ Hole for lettings in the past and have had a terrible experience, so was very skeptical choosing them to sell my property. However, I could not be happier with their wonderful service! Kevin and Bonnie were polite, friendly, helpful, respectful and were genuinely invested in helping me get the right buyer and the right price for the house. Another agent in the area whom I approached for a quote seemed to only be interested in a fast sale. I highly recommend using CJ Hole to sell, they are fantastic at their job. Recently purchased a property through Martin & Co. The service was excellent. All calls were returned promptly and nothing was too much trouble.
