The team at Ferndown were really helpful even though they were not acting for me as the purchaser. They followed things up for me with the vendor and were very eager to ensure purchase went through. Charlotte, Enzo, Adam and Brian were all really friendly and i would look at using them in the future if i needed to.

When my vulnerable friend needed to sell her property I knew I would need a special estate agent to help her.Thankfully we found Ferndown Estate Agents.I cannot praise Ian, Adam,Charlotte and the whole team enough.They were kind, empathetic and exceptionally professional.We encountered problems which were dealt with extremely well.Communication was excellent- the phone was always answered and messages passed on.Nothing was too much trouble for anyone.The firm is like a big family smiling at you all the time.Thank you,all of you.You are good people.

Ferndown helped us sell our property, Adam was very efficient getting photos taken and getting it on the market, it was sold within 2 weeks! Charlotte has been incredibly helpful post sale and we cannot thank her enough, she’s been so attentive and went above and beyond to chase everyone in the chain.
