Prior to joining Ferndown I had used a number of different letting agents and the service received from those agents was what could only be described as, at best, POOR (hence my regular moving on). The service from Ferdown is spot on : - proper vetting of tenants - regular invoicing / payments - regular, fully documented, property checks - efficient handling of repairs - regular communications - all certifications automatically kept up-to-date without needing to be prompted - very accessible With the imminent introduction of the government reforms of the rental market, Ferndown have proved to be a fountain of knowledge and advice for me. Ferndown now look after all my property rentals. I am extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend 👍

Another super 5* experience using Ferndown Estates for the sale of our rental property. We used Ferndown approx 4 years ago when selling / buying our main residence and we received the best service / experience and so, when it came to selling our rental property , it was always going to be via Ferndown. Amazing service. Staff went above and beyond when I needed a spare set of keys to get into the property I rent after I had inadvertently dropped my keys in a colleagues car in the morning, only realising when I returned home that evening. Sharon came out to the Office immediately and gave me a spare set. That’s what I call true customer service. 👍

Ferndown Estates handled the sale of our property proactively guiding us through the process and chasing solicitors etc when progress appeared to have slowed. This is the second time we’ve purchased a property through Ferndown Estates, along with selling our first home this time. We cannot recommend these guys enough. We almost gave up on our onward purchase due to some difficulty with the sellers however if it wasn’t for all the team at Ferndown, especially Charlotte, who has the patience of a saint and would always keep us up to date on the progress we wouldn’t be where we are today. Charlotte really is a credit to the team, she is fantastic at what she does and made us feel like we were her only clients. We couldn’t appreciate Ferndown enough for all they did for us.
