I cannot tell you how impressed I have been with Ferndown Estates and the lettings team!. I recently moved my rental property from Burchell Edwards to Ferndown, after years of poor service and communication. When the keys were given back by the previous agent, the property was tired and needed a complete makeover for new tenants and marketing. The ladies in lettings took care of everything!!. Approved contractors were instructed immediately, decorators, carpentry, gas fitter and electrics, all carried out to a high standard and all within the time frames given. Needless to say, the property rented immediately and at a 20% higher yield than with the previous agent too! I would reccomend very highly to any landlord. Sharon, Dawn, Amanda, Jo and the lovely Mandy, you are all absolute superstars. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
