I found the staff at Ferndown very friendly especially Charlotte who was very supportive and always at the end of the phone when needed to answer any questions and kept me well informed throughout, not only with our buyers but all parties further down the chain. The sale took a little longer than expected, through no fault of the estate agents l would add and at one point we did think we would lose the sale, and if l'm honest it was stressful at times but she was always upbeat and reassuring. I would highly recommend this estate agent and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed. Thank you especially to Charlotte and the rest of the team.
