June 26 Hi, I am a returning customer to Ferndown and because Google only allows one review per person per business, I am editing the original quote of two years ago, Well what can I say, I am a Landlord and have used Ian and Adam to sell our latest property via their auction method. If our experience of two years ago was exemplary we have run out of superlatives to describe the process this time. From initial discussion the whole process was superb, clear communication extremely well communicated, by all of the team. There was a very clear pride in the employees for working for Ferndown. The process was so slick, it only lasted a few weeks, in total, 22 working days between sale at auction to completion. Unheard of!!! Ferndown are leaps ahead of any other agent I have dealt with, in their professionalism, attention to detail and their caring attitude. They are a very rare organisation in these days. The customer comes first and they mean it. What I was most impressed that as my sale moved through the process, each member of the team knew where my sale was and who I was. Their back office CRM system is very impressive. Particular shout out to Charlotte. Her professionalism and caring attitude were exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble.
