I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the last twenty years. Ferndown are leaps ahead of any other agent I have dealt with, in their professionalism, attention to detail and their caring attitude. They are a very rare organisation in these days. The customer comes first and they mean it. What I was most impressed that as my sale moved through the process, each member of the team knew where my sale was and who I was. Their back office CRM system is very impressive. Particular shout out to Charlotte. Her professionalism and caring attitude were exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble. From the initial phone call to the dropping off of our keys Ferndown were exceptional. Ian and the team were all always willing to help. They all made what is said to be a stressful time pretty seamless. Having not moved in 23 years it was an overwhelming task made super easy by an amazing and experienced team! Not the first time I have used Ferndowns to sell a property There service in my opinion is fantastic, they really could not have done enough for us. Costs all clearly explained and communication was fantastic all the way through I really can’t speak any highly of the team they were wonderful.
