The rest of the team were great too. Charlotte the Post Sales Manager needs a special mention too as she was absolutely brilliant and one of the best people you could ever wish to deal with at what is obviously a stressful time. She was such an outstanding communicator, keeping us up to date at every stage. She is also a really likeable person and we felt at ease talking to her and trusted that she would always do her best for us. We would give more than 5* if we could.
