The team at Ferndown were really helpful even though they were not acting for me as the purchaser. They followed things up for me with the vendor and were very eager to ensure purchase went through. Charlotte, Enzo, Adam and Brian were all really friendly and i would look at using them in the future if i needed to.

In our case of selling and buying we have experienced big delays, I would easily say above average, everything caused by incompetent solicitors, from both sides, but eventually everything went through after long time.
