Scammers. Please avoid. Fake listing. I came across several properties which were added just a day before. When I enquired for site visit, they said all the properties were booked, and further they said only one property is available but for different price (+200 pounds), which seems to be the same property they advertised. They are literally showing one price for a property and increasing it or marking it as sold out until someone agrees for a huge price. Scammers.

Pathetic service. Absolute scammers, unreasonable charges, Charing me for changing locks when I handed the keys in. Have reported these thiefs to trading standards. Edit: the below is a blatant lie. I was given one key when I moved into the property. I have proof of this and will be reporting this to the relevant body. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

Awful agency we are in our apartment our wardrobe is almost collapsing so I bought a new one because this agency they don’t care they said they can’t take this one and they will charge us for it for throw it away because is in a really bad condition, I am sorry? They were ok throughout the year and helpful at the beginning of the tenancy, but when we disputed the (extortionate) end of tenancy deposit fee (asking us to pay for a full repaint when our flat most certainly wasn’t freshly painted or professionally cleaned when we moved in from the previous tenant!) they subsequently added on more charges! I can imagine the money will be going straight in somebody’s pocket and not towards a repaint (as it’s not even needed in the first place). You might as well ignore the move-in inventory report- they don’t cross reference as stated (what is the point in doing it in the first place if you don’t use it?) If they had, then they would see that we had left the flat in far better state than we found it. Not only this, but we used the Reposit scheme and to further dispute the charge requested we were asked to pay another £60 which feels pretty unfair considering some of the charges were so unjustified. A very calculated way of taking advantage of tenants. Joe Lycett needs to get onto this company! Unfortunately they were unwilling to even solicit a conversation about the charge reduction.

Had a viewing booked for 3:30pm, we sent confirmation via text message, then our viewing was moved to a different time, seems very unorganised... I'd look elsewhere for rentals.

Awful agency. Called them to arrange th viewing and they rejected just because only my boyfriend works full time now without any option to provide a guarantor. I also explain that I am waiting for job confirmation now. Do not recommend to anyone.

I wouldn't recommend this estate agency. I've recently been denied a viewing based on an application I made last year that was eventually rejected due to unfair reference submitted by the landlord then, which was a result of miscommunication and nothing to do with me as a tenant.

Tried getting hold of these guys so many times just to put an offer in on purchasing an apartment and either no one picks up the phone or they take your details say they’ll call back and never do.

Enquired about a rental property and stated at the outset I needed to check with the landlord if they would accept our pets before proceeding any further. Agent told me they will get back to me. They did not. Booked a viewing the next day and asked the person with whom this was done to double check. Never got back to me. On the day of the viewing, phoned up to check, was told our animals would be fine with the landlord. Made a journey of more than 2 hours in total to view the property in the evening. Phoned the agent the very first thing in the morning only to be told they have to check with the landlord if the pets will be accepted. Called to chase a couple of hours later to be told by the same agent an application was put through by someone else the day before, meaning the property is off the market. Shambles. Incompetent amateurs getting away with anything because they operate in saturated market.

Wouldn't bother if you're renting! Never fix anything, never reply to emails, never answer the phone. Shoddy work force. Once you're in there's no help! Verity the manager is the worst, about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Would avoid as you end up in a rust bucket house and nothing gets sorted! Shocking
