Very awful experience with Diane Mc Carthy . Very unhelpful and dismissive as her response in every conversation is “there’s nothing we can do”. No empathy whatsoever or effort to help. We have just been given our keys and the w/c is old and stained in a new property. We started the application a month ago and still no blinds have installed on the scheduled day to move in, windows so wide and direct light rays in every area of the property. She just apportioned blame to the blinds company. We paid to you, signed a contract , told us on phone it should be ready before we move in . After 4weeks of the whole process the blinds are not fixed and we have to sleep out till is done. Very unacceptable and unprofessional especially when it involves contracts and payment. It tells how no one is actually responsible for checking if things are in place before tenants move in. Just “ there’s nothing I can do “. They just took our monies and handed over a property that wasn’t complete.
