Disappointed with my experience dealing with Bethany regarding an end-of-tenancy charge. I felt my questions weren't properly addressed and the communication came across as quite dismissive. I was simply asking for a clear breakdown and supporting evidence for the £180 charge, but felt I was passed between different parties rather than being properly helped. I was also disappointed that she suggested I was using AI to write my emails, when I was simply trying to properly explain my concerns and get the matter resolved. Overall, I feel the situation could have been handled much more professionally.
