They are also worst than Kaytons. Rather than facilitating a tenancy, they prefer to engineer a labyrinthine ordeal, complete with unanswered telephones and a beautifully haughty disposition. A masterclass in commercial self-sabotage. Splendid effort. How deeply gratifying it has been to politely decline their services, thereby sparing myself the privilege of waiting upon an agency so masterfully adept at the fine art of wasting time. After an agonizing two months of attempting to engage with their automatic team of emails and sms, persistently punctuated by abrupt hang-ups, dismissive emails, and a rather astonishing display of incompetence, they finally deigned to return my call in July. Splendid timing, considering I had requested to view the flat back in May.The agency’s quite audacious response was that they 'will not tolerate this behaviour.' My retort? I shall certainly not tolerate their staggering arrogance and profound lack of professionalism. While they stubbornly insist on a physical viewing, more enlightened agencies quite seamlessly offer video tours or a near person viewings. It appears their absolute purpose here is simply to discriminate. Therefore, my final position is quite simple: I shall not tolerate your ridiculous arrogance, nor your utterly abusive behaviour. I don't want you as an agency, that's all. You are what you are, and it's what I don't want. And my language is not abusive, is the pure reality. It's me who I'm rejecting you, you don't need to write a ridiculous reply, just accept it and the base in what I don't accept maybe to improve your services. But you don't.
