Hi George, Thanks for your review, we do value all feedback from past tenants. We assume your change of opinion is based on your landlord’s end of tenancy charges as your tenancy completed without any major issues. Unfortunately the property was left in poor condition after only one year’s use with cleaning needed, marked walls including damage from your dart board plus hundreds of pounds of rent arrears. We completely understand it’s never nice to lose a dispute with your landlord but the independent adjudicator agreed it was your responsibility as tenants to cover these costs. Rest assured if the landlord wasn’t entitled to these claim items they would not be awarded any funds given the level of evidence they are required to submit.
