As a landlord, I cannot speak highly enough about Umega's service. Bruce was extremely helpful in coordinating the repair and cleaning to get our flat ready for rental. Natasha helped on advertising and got the property rented out in two weeks! This is followed by David-the property manager who helped to address any maintenance issue with tenants. Like any rental property, there will be repair issues from time to time. But I found the omega's own maintenance team and their contractors are very efficient-as a landlord, highly recommend them!

I could not be happier with the service Umega have provided me with. I was so worried that the process of letting out my flat would be stressful and complicated but between Mohammad and Emily, it's been so straightforward and clear from the start. I let a property through Umega for 4 years. Umega was communicative and helped us sort out any repairs in a timely manner (including having a new boiler fitted when the old one broke and replacing a broken washing machine and refrigerator).
