Had a very positive experience with Umega as our letting agent, very helpful with any repairs and good communication throughout. Kellie from Umega was also exceptionally helpful when it came to our checkout report and deposit return.

I've not had any issues with Umega. Helpful and prompt service if I have had any issues with flat or surrounding area. Recently there was an issue with flytipping and the problem was sorted the following day. Correspondence has also been quick and helpful regarding repairs or general queries. On a recent inspection Ben Craven was super helpful, got my intercom fixed straight away and was flexible around my work schedule by giving me enough time to plan.

I lived in a flat let by Umega for a year as a student and whenever there was any building issue they swiftly and helpfully sorted it out and there was a technician out the next day! We also had some conflict with upstairs neighbours and they professionally and effectively mediated between both sides without ever coming across as biased either way, which made life easier for both us and our neighbours. I then moved far away from Edinburgh and when I was struggling to find a place due to not being able to attend viewings, they were fantastic again!! I got a flat in less than a week with their help. I thoroughly recommend renting with these guys, and it's a bonus for you if you get Shona as your property manager who was behind all of the positive things mentioned above. 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Umega were great, initially really hard to get hold of someone as no direct call line unless you’re already a customer, but the Director came straight back after a plea for help to get in touch. Umega went out of their way to arrange viewings that worked around my timeline as I was travelling to and from London, Chris was really efficient, helpful and friendly and we are really happy with the property we’ve found through them.
