She was also highly responsive and replied to all my queries quickly and professionally. Renting from Umega has been a pleasure. When you phone, you speak to employees who really want to help you. Any minor faults with the flat (e.g. Bulbs in light fixtures gone out) were resolved with very quickly by the contractors. We dealt with Jacqueline on move in and then Kieran and Steve throughout our stay in the property. They were all extremely helpful and also very friendly.
