She was very ready to answer all questions and she did so in an appreciative, respectful manner. She seems to be a person who likes people and who thoroughly enjoys working with them. I have been a Landlord for many, many years and similar to other reviewers considered Umega as a result of a long , slow deterioration in service from another agent. Oh my goodness, my experience with Umega was like opening the window in a stuffy old house...what a refreshing breath of fresh air! They made the transfer over seamless. The process was clear, the costs transparent, communication was very good and it all happened with consummate ease...the true sign of a professional.
