Was a tenant for ~3 years, reasonable and polite staff who treat students like tenants. Even after i forgot a dear childhood object behind once i had moved out, they were willing to go back into the property and bring it back to me.

Kim from the New Business team was very helpful and easy to work with. She gave us useful guidance as we upgraded our flat prior to re-letting it, efficiently liaised on out behalf with Umega's maintenance team and introduced us to David from the Projects team who gave us usepful long-term advice re our property.
