They let their customers struggle with landlords

One of the worst letting agents we have used as a landlord in 14 years; didn't obtain a guarantor or forwarding address and now tenant has left in arrears. No remorse from Professional, just said 'We wish you the best of luck in recovering the balance owed to you' !
