I had appointment set a week

I had appointment set a week before and when I turn up on time,they don't show up. When I call in the office, instead me how I will see the property and just need to knock on the door -as I did, but again nothing. So I ended up waiting 30min on the front door and the agency send my calls to mailbox. Is not a nice way to treat pregnant lady in her wast weeks before birth. Really disappointing, necer will book viewing with them again.

Worst letting agents, expensive and unprofessional staff.Would never recommend to anyone.

As per our conversation it was the Landlord who evicted you, not Northwood, It was the Landlord who refused to have the maintenance repairs carried out, not Northwood and again it was the Landlord who made deductions from your deposit (which you agreed to and did not dispute), not Northwood. I am sorry that your tenancy may not have been a pleasant one but I can assure you Northwood have done everything in our power in order to help you during this period. The team are extremely disappointed to read your comments as we pride ourselves on the service offered to Tenants. As you know I called you to discuss this review but unfortunately you hung up the phone. these guys a thieves, been with a different letting agent for two years now, no pointless yearly fees like these guys do, my rent hasn't increase once, Northwood increased my rent yearly, when I moved out I left the house spotless probably just as good or better than any cleaning company would have left yet they charge you if you don't use one, AVOID!!!!

Hi there, I have investigated your claim and the Landlord deducted £497 for cleaning. Given that a 'light clean' costs £40 it seems evident to me that the property was not left in a better condition compared to when you moved in. Of course you have the opportunity to dispute any amount claimed via the DPS, if the arbitrators supported the Landlords claim then that is completely out of the hands of Northwood. With regards to your rent increases we again take our instruction from the Landlord and they are entitled to achieve market value. At this current time it is not surprising that your current Landlord has not increased the rent as the market has 'softened' somewhat. I am of course very happy that you are happy and settled in your new property. If you would like to come into the office to discuss these issues then please feel free to do so. Kind regards

Worst renting experiance ever avoid!! Worst customer service, added fees that wasnt informed of throughout letting and when we moved out, damaged roof wasnt fixed mould in celings caused by damp in attic. Garden left in a dangerous condition after daughter fell through decking which was removed by northwood leaving mess, glass, wires, sharp metal and a unusable garden for my dog or children to go in. Water from out pipe going into electric boiler told was safe so called out a electrician for a inpection, was told needed emergancy work, spoke to northwood and told that it will be fine. Plus alot more that i could list. Please avoid!!!

The only reason there is one star here is simply because you are unable to choose zero stars... Northwood crawley are rude unhelpful and will fleece you at any oppertunity, if they could put a cost on you walking through their door im sure they would since having dealings with other letting agencies I have come to realise just how terrible Northwood are along with much higher charges than others that offer far superior customer service. My opinion avoid if you can or face the consequences.
