As per our conversation it was the Landlord who evicted you, not Northwood, It was the Landlord who refused to have the maintenance repairs carried out, not Northwood and again it was the Landlord who made deductions from your deposit (which you agreed to and did not dispute), not Northwood. I am sorry that your tenancy may not have been a pleasant one but I can assure you Northwood have done everything in our power in order to help you during this period. The team are extremely disappointed to read your comments as we pride ourselves on the service offered to Tenants.
