I recently found a flat through Northwood and I wanted to mention how much I enjoyed the help I received from Katelyn Byrne. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had previously seen a couple of other properties with other estate agents, and it was shocking how little they knew about the properties. Katelyn was able to answer all my questions, and she made the viewing and application process very easy. She was also very speedy in getting back to all my phone calls. It was a pleasure to work with her!

Northwood were very helpful, informative & happy to talk right from the start. Ben in particular took control of our property and sold it, it was a long process with the other side solicitors taking a long time, so he went above and beyond his job detail to make extra phone calls and reassure us, right up to completion. Very happy and will be using again next year.
