Davis Tate Estate Agents - Woodley

What an amazing service!

We have recently sold our house through Lee Russell, Davis Tate. The service Lee provided went beyond what we expected and he ensured that we were looked after every step of the way. Lee quickly got our house sold and the process was very smooth. Lee did a lot of running around for us, often picking up forms and dropping them to our solicitor to save us trips. The solicitor he recommended was also excellent. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone moving house. He is a very honest and upfront person - exactly what you want when selling or buying a house. All in all, the experience of moving house was less stressful thanks to Lee's attention to detail. Thank you so much.

Honest, Reliable, knowledgable , committed

Lee Russell at Davis Tate Woodley went above and beyond to deliver in my life time of moving experience the most amazing Advice and support throughout what was a long drawn out quite stressful Time. He was always at the end of the phone, keeping me informed and even making calls himself chasing at the other ends of the chain that he should not have had to do had the other agents been doing their job. He even turned up on moving day when a mishap happened with the removal company and spent an hour helping to load the lorry. I can thoroughly recommend Lee as an honest, committed, knowledgable and fantastic Agent., a man that wants to get the job done...

Lee Russell at Davis Tate Woodley was wonderful in helping to progress my difficult house purchase. He kept me updated daily with developments and was very professional. I am certain that without Lee's help, perseverance and patience my house purchase would not have gone through. I will definitely use Lee at Davis Tate again.

Excellent service received. Davis Tate was acting for the sellers for a house I was purchasing. Various people in the chain were not doing their parts on time, DT really stepped in and made it work. Well done.

Having great communication at all times, Lee was very helpful and contactable throughout. Buying or selling a property can be an extremely stressful time, however not so on this occasion. Would definitely recommend.

I can highly recommend the service that Lee of Davis Tate, Woodley provides. The sale of my family home was not without the usual hitches but Lee acted on my behalf to help make the procedure as smooth as possible. A professional and efficient service.

I purchased through Lee Russell of Davis Tate and have since recommended him to several friends and family. He is friendly, straightforward, and honest, as well as very diligent at chasing solicitors to fix issues that arose. I would not use any other Woodley agent!

We bought through Davis Tate a year ago, and would thoroughly recommend them. It was a tricky purchase, and we needed lots of help and advice. Lee could not have been more helpful, and gave generously of his time.

We were recommended to use Lee at Davis Tate to sell a property in Winnersh and he worked hard pushing and cajoling all the solicitors that were in the chain. He also liaised with the managing agent to speed up paperwork that was needed from them. Thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking to sell. Thanks again Lee. Paul Moreby

Lee Russell of Davis Tate Woodley was very committed from the outset, and although our property was not the easiest to sell, he persevered. Lee was always very straight-forward and easy to deal with. Once we had sold, he was very active in coordinating the "chain". Phil S
