I couldn't recommend Lee at Davis Tate enough. We were in a rush to get our property on the market as we had found one that we loved and needed to sell ours immediately to stand a chance of getting it. With absolutely no notice, Lee was able to come round and take photographs of our property that same day, and stayed in the office putting together the particulars, putting the property online and emailing his list of prospective buyers, until after 10pm on a Friday night. As a result we had three viewings arranged for the following day, and another three for the Monday! Thanks to Lee we managed to sell our property for over the asking price on just the second day of viewings, and managed to buy the house we wanted as a result.
