Providing Davis Tate with 5 starts without me actually selling my house through them says it all really. They were acting on behalf of one of the parties within the chain that my house was tied up within in 2013. The plan was to exchange within 28 days as we all wanted to move pre-Christmas. Davis Tate were instrumental in making this happen, coordinating all activities to ensure that all parties knew exactly where we were in the process. Lee at Davis Tate Woodley helped us with our purchase in December 2013. He was absolutely outstanding and went far above beyond. Lee Russell breaks a mould when it comes to estate agents! Admittedly we sold our property at a time when demand was high and the task was relatively easy but this is where he stands out. He arranged and managed over 15 viewings in the space of 3 days and then negotiated the best deal for the sale (above asking price). This alone we were grateful for but then during what seemed a protracted period (actually 4.5 months) he oversaw and played and a very active role in ensuring the chain (4 properties) was chased, kept informed and ultimately successfully completed. I have never experienced someone from an estate agency who was so proactive and professional in managing the sale end to end - many are not to be seen once the sale is agreed and let you manage it! Not only is Lee professional in his approach but he is friendly and almost always available (and when he is not always replies to a message) yet when he needs to be tough on people in the chain he also exerts pressure to get things moving. All in all, he provides a great service and, without hesitation, I would recommend him and I would certainly use Davis Tate in the future (but that may be a long time in the future, Lee!!). I would highly recommend Lee Russell at Davis Tate in Woodley. We had a very difficult chain with about 10 sets of people involved. Lee was the only estate agent that chased all the solicitors in the chain, and all the other estate agents. If it wasn't for Lee's persistence and constant chasing the chain would of collapsed. He was so helpful and on the ball through out the whole process. Also was really helpful with helping us get the mortgage we needed, when no-one else did. Would strongly recommend you to use these estate agents.
