Providing Davis Tate with 5 starts without me actually selling my house through them says it all really. They were acting on behalf of one of the parties within the chain that my house was tied up within in 2013. The plan was to exchange within 28 days as we all wanted to move pre-Christmas. Davis Tate were instrumental in making this happen, coordinating all activities to ensure that all parties knew exactly where we were in the process. They even supported me directly in providing guidance on how best to manage a challenging Solicitor. I have no doubt that without Davis Tate (Lee Russell in particular) the outcome wouldn't have become as positive as it was.
