Davis Tate Estate Agents - Woodley

Lee from Davis Tate Woodley acted for us when we were selling our flat in Woodley. We felt the service was excellent and would definately use again.

We were very impressed with how Lee Russell dealt with our recent sale. His communication and attention to detail were excellent.

Great service from the Woodley office. Really helpful always there to answer any queries . Would recommend and use again.

Excellent communication at all stages- definitely went the extra mile

We had wonderful service from Lee when we purchased our flat from Davis Tate. We found him to be very professional and helpful, recommending surveyors and solicitors as we had none. He responded to emails immediately (even late at night!) and any queries were quickly resolved. The whole buying process ran very smoothly, due to him. We would have no hesitation in recommending him and Davis Tate and would use his services again in the future.

We sold our home through Davis Tate Woodley and I can't speak highly enough of Lee. From start to finish he was fantastic. Not only did he sell our house within a matter of days, he supported us every step of the way in what was a long process due to the chain. He was never too busy to answer any and all questions (even on his holiday, sorry Lee!) and when the chain was held up he was right there sorting it all out and smoothing the kinks even though they had nothing to do with him. With Davis Tate Woodley you get amazing personal attention and service that you don't find with other Estate Agencies. If you're looking for an estate agent that goes the extra mile this is where you'll find it. We highly recommend!

I and my wife are first time buyers and had been finding the experience very stressful with house prices rising at a rapid pace. Just as we thought our luck was running out after being constantly out bid on property's we managed to find one through Davis Tate that we thought would be perfect for our family. We had the pleasure of being looked after by Lee Russell who I would like to say has been a true professional and someone who has gone the extra mile in the purchase of our property from day 1. Lee took control of the situation from our first viewing and made us feel at ease straight away. He kept us up to date with every step of the purchase and made sure that it was a smooth process from start to finish. Lee gave us a service that we had not experienced with any other estate agent by taking on tasks that could have held up the purchase and resolving them on our behalf. I would highly recommend using Davis Tate and especially Lee Russell if you are looking to buy or sell a property within the area. It has been a grade A, first class service throughout the whole process. Thanks Lee for all your hard work. Yours thankfully The Smith family.

We had an excellent experience using Davis Tate to sell our house. Lee was very personable and always kept us informed of any interest and developments. Lee always took into account our personal situation and pets when showing buyers around the house and most importantly I felt that he took a genuine interest in us. Highly recommended.

Lee helped us sell our house when he first took on Woodley as an area, he was a pleasure to work with, very committed to securing a sale and seeing it through to completion. He was reliable, listened to feedback and was prepared to go the extra mile to do his best for all parties. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Davis Tate in the sale of my apartment and have no hesitation in providing a recommendation for them. After only a handful of viewings in a period of months with a prior agent I turned to Lee Russell at Davis Tate Woodley branch. Lee's attention to detail, dedication and drive was apparent from the outset which resulted in a number of viewings in the first week while on Davis Tate's books. A near asking price offer was accepted (from the first viewer) within 2 weeks of Davis Tate being responsible for the property. I think I had more viewings in these weeks than in 4 months with the prior agent. My sale was complicated due to separation from my partner who had interest in the property. Lee always maintained his professionalism and Integrity in dealing with both parties in some difficult and trying times!! Thanks again Lee!!!
