Lee at Davis Tate Woodley is fantastic and We would highly recommend to anyone wanting to see their house. Not only is he a genuinely nice chap, he is sincere in all his dealings and really listens and gives sound advice. We have sold two houses with Lee and will returning to use again in the future.

We were originally (regrettably) persuaded to list with another local agent whose game was to give a high, unrealistic, valuation to 'hook' you into signing with them, leaving the house to sit without hardly any viewings for some weeks before admitting that the original valuation was perhaps too high, with the only option then to slash the price. Throughout the entire process from receiving an offer on our property right through to completion we felt up-to-date with any developments. We sold our property through Davis Tate in Woodley and were really pleased with the service provided. The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. It is often said that moving house is the most stressful event that you will experience. The process is made stressful more often than not, due to the lack of focus, absence of any kind urgency and general sloth of the other parties involved up and down the chain....... I am so pleased that we chose to instruct Lee to sell our property in Woodley. Our choice to use Lee was based partly on a personal recommendation but the fact that after having a chat with him it was abundantly clear that this chap clearly knows the local property market. We first met Lee Russell of Davis Tate, Woodley, a few years ago when he came to value our house. He takes a relaxed but respectful approach when dealing with clients but there is nothing relaxed about his performance. Always on the end of an email or phone he replied to any concerns at all times and we were never left hanging for a response. The fact that you deal only with him is a bonus because he is always fully informed of the state of affairs and able to respond quickly to queries. We were very happy with the sale price we achieved on our house and although we had a few hold ups with the chain, Lee was constantly ‘on it’, chasing up agents and solicitors and driving the process to a positive conclusion. There were a couple of moments when things looked a bit tricky and that’s when having a good agent makes all the difference as he did a really good job of supporting us through that and keeping our confidence high. I would thoroughly recommend Lee - he’s a great agent who works really hard to achieve a good result.
