Where others failed....davis tate succeeded! Lee Russell was a pleasure to deal with and kept us informed and up-to-date on progress during the sale of our house. We sold our flat through Davis Tate and subsequently found ourselves in a chain of 4 properties. Lee took it upon himself to take ownership for the whole chain (despite only being responsible for the sale of our property) and was like a dog with a bone when it came to chasing solicitors to ensure a smooth exchange and completion. As with all of these things, we came across some complications on the way which Lee helped us navigate through and kept us informed every step of the way. I regularly emailed Lee at all sorts of times day and night and became surprised if I didn't receive a response within 60 minutes such was his eagerness to provide excellent customer service. Importantly, Davis Tate sold our property within a matter of weeks and managed to take care of all viewings during a one week window which we provided (when both my wife and I were out of the country). All this to say, what could have been a really stressful time was made much more tolerable by the professionalism, diligence and determination of Lee. When we do move house again, I don't think I would even both speaking to any other agents apart from Davis Tate. I've not come across service like this from this industry up until now.

Motivated. Honest and tenacious. We engaged Lee Russell to sell our house when we had a choice of others, however he took the initiative from the start. We just bought a house through Davis Tate. Our selling agent was worse than useless. Fortunately, Lee was onto our case right from day one and went above and beyond chasing our buyers and the people below them. All the while we had not one single update from our own estate agent. If Lee had not worked so hard things would have ended up very different. First class service and if you want an agent on your side I wouldn't choose anyone else!

I couldn't recommend Lee at Davis Tate enough. We were in a rush to get our property on the market as we had found one that we loved and needed to sell ours immediately to stand a chance of getting it. With absolutely no notice, Lee was able to come round and take photographs of our property that same day, and stayed in the office putting together the particulars, putting the property online and emailing his list of prospective buyers, until after 10pm on a Friday night. As a result we had three viewings arranged for the following day, and another three for the Monday! Thanks to Lee we managed to sell our property for over the asking price on just the second day of viewings, and managed to buy the house we wanted as a result. I would not hesitate to use Davis Tate again, or recommend Lee's services.

Selling a family home at the end of an era is a very difficult thing to have to do. Lee, at Davis Tate was brilliant. I found him very professional, polite and helpful. We sold our home through Davis Tate Woodley and I can't speak highly enough of Lee. From start to finish he was fantastic. Not only did he sell our house within a matter of days, he supported us every step of the way in what was a long process due to the chain.
