Davis Tate Estate Agents - Woodley

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Davis Tate in the sale of my apartment and have no hesitation in providing a recommendation for them. After only a handful of viewings in a period of months with a prior agent I turned to Lee Russell at Davis Tate Woodley branch. Lee's attention to detail, dedication and drive was apparent from the outset which resulted in a number of viewings in the first week while on Davis Tate's books. A near asking price offer was accepted (from the first viewer) within 2 weeks of Davis Tate being responsible for the property. I think I had more viewings in these weeks than in 4 months with the prior agent. My sale was complicated due to separation from my partner who had interest in the property. Lee always maintained his professionalism and Integrity in dealing with both parties in some difficult and trying times!! Thanks again Lee!!!
