I couldn't recommend Lee at Davis Tate enough. We were in a rush to get our property on the market as we had found one that we loved and needed to sell ours immediately to stand a chance of getting it. With absolutely no notice, Lee was able to come round and take photographs of our property that same day, and stayed in the office putting together the particulars, putting the property online and emailing his list of prospective buyers, until after 10pm on a Friday night. As a result we had three viewings arranged for the following day, and another three for the Monday! Thanks to Lee we managed to sell our property for over the asking price on just the second day of viewings, and managed to buy the house we wanted as a result. I would not hesitate to use Davis Tate again, or recommend Lee's services.

Providing Davis Tate with 5 starts without me actually selling my house through them says it all really. They were acting on behalf of one of the parties within the chain that my house was tied up within in 2013. The plan was to exchange within 28 days as we all wanted to move pre-Christmas. Davis Tate were instrumental in making this happen, coordinating all activities to ensure that all parties knew exactly where we were in the process. They even supported me directly in providing guidance on how best to manage a challenging Solicitor. I have no doubt that without Davis Tate (Lee Russell in particular) the outcome wouldn't have become as positive as it was. With houses selling themselves nowadays, its refreshing for a organisation to still go above and beyond in supporting customers in providing a stellar service. I wouldn't hesitate placing my house on with Davis Tate in the future.

Sold my flat with Lee (Davis Tate Woodley) a year ago. He put a lot of time and effort into solving problems with my leasehold securing an extension of the lease. Overcoming problems with neighborhood Leilandii monsters and dealing with other problems that came up. What a breath of fresh air!! Unfortunately we came across a few nasty characters within the estate agent industry while selling and buying our house during the early months of 2014. Lee at Davis Tate Woodley was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and assertive throughout this process, and we would not hesitate in recommending both Lee and Davis Tate Woodley to our nearest and dearest.

Lee Russell breaks a mould when it comes to estate agents! Admittedly we sold our property at a time when demand was high and the task was relatively easy but this is where he stands out. He arranged and managed over 15 viewings in the space of 3 days and then negotiated the best deal for the sale (above asking price). This alone we were grateful for but then during what seemed a protracted period (actually 4.5 months) he oversaw and played and a very active role in ensuring the chain (4 properties) was chased, kept informed and ultimately successfully completed. I have never experienced someone from an estate agency who was so proactive and professional in managing the sale end to end - many are not to be seen once the sale is agreed and let you manage it! Not only is Lee professional in his approach but he is friendly and almost always available (and when he is not always replies to a message) yet when he needs to be tough on people in the chain he also exerts pressure to get things moving. All in all, he provides a great service and, without hesitation, I would recommend him and I would certainly use Davis Tate in the future (but that may be a long time in the future, Lee!!). I would highly recommend Lee Russell at Davis Tate in Woodley. We had a very difficult chain with about 10 sets of people involved. Lee was the only estate agent that chased all the solicitors in the chain, and all the other estate agents. If it wasn't for Lee's persistence and constant chasing the chain would of collapsed. He was so helpful and on the ball through out the whole process. Also was really helpful with helping us get the mortgage we needed, when no-one else did. Would strongly recommend you to use these estate agents.

Where others failed....davis tate succeeded! Lee Russell was a pleasure to deal with and kept us informed and up-to-date on progress during the sale of our house. After having the property marketed by another vendor, who lacked finesse it was a warm welcome to have Lee and davis tate step up to the mark. The house was sold within a few months and we were very happy with the service we received. Would definitely recommend!

Motivated. Honest and tenacious. We engaged Lee Russell to sell our house when we had a choice of others, however he took the initiative from the start. Rather than just talk, he produced an excellent marketing document before we had agreed to engage him, demonstrating his commitment and motivation to sell our property from the start. This tipped the balance for us, having chosen him we never regretted the decision. He added real value in key areas cutting time off the transaction process, managing all 3rd parties effectively, using his network and market knowledge to our full advantage. Importantly he managed our buyers expectations and brokered an open and friendly relationship with them through the process, enabling us all to be clear on where we stood and what was needed to keep the momentum to complete in a smooth and short time frame.
