Sold my flat with Lee (Davis Tate Woodley) a year ago. He put a lot of time and effort into solving problems with my leasehold securing an extension of the lease. Overcoming problems with neighborhood Leilandii monsters and dealing with other problems that came up. This made the selling less fraught for me He was always easy to contact and very good at letting me know the progress of the sale. Chaz
