Absolutely disappointed, rude agents, with an unprofessional approach to the client. They do not allow you to express your opinion, insulting you by saying that you will be a difficult tenant. They also say all people lie just to have a roof over their head. I am also waiting for my money that I gave as a holding deposit, in which at first they shouted that they would not give money back. Today I spoke to another agent who said I should to have my money today. We'll see!

Not professional and not responsive. Doesn't call when they said they would. Left me in the dark for days. Rang office to follow up and left message with a colleague. Still haven't had a call back!

Horrible business. Don’t work with them we ended up having to report them to the ombudsman.

My first impressions were not good. When we arrived at the Pride Park office, the receptionist there was on a private call discussing a car accident and left us standing there for 5 minutes while she discussed her courtesy car, the circumstances of the crash, how it wasn't her fault, other party hadn't looked etc. I eventually sat down to wait! She then put her hand over the phone to ask if we needed help, to which we said we had an appointment. She told us we were in the wrong place and said: "you need to go over the road, over there" waving her hand in a general direction which really didn't help - very poor directions and I got the impression she just couldn't wait to get back to her private call. As a result, we spent a further 10 minutes finding the location of our appointment and two further calls. I was really tempted to go home at this point, but glad we stuck with it as the chap was very good and took us through all the options when we did eventually find him. Something to provide the correct office location would be helpful, and definitely some customer service training for the head office receptionist who gave a very unprofessional first impression.

Rubbish agency I have ever come across. I'm a tenant of this agency and they never picks up the phone and they take ages to sort out your problem. Never ever do a business with this agency you will regret.

im renting a house from this rubish agency over 1 year and a half now . i signed my contract on the 18 he gave me the keys on the 21st every month they expect me to pay my rent on the 16 of every month trying to take more money of me from the very first begining after my family and i moved in the house one of the agent ’jags’ came into the house without letting any member of my family knowing hes going into the house 8 or 9 pm in the evening i had to run from hospital because i was injured back to my house because he was wondering around i had a very expensive bracelet after i never found it every month i had pay my rent on time he came 3 times into my house without giving notice . i had a rooten gate basicly the gate broke and flew into the street i changes a made a new gate out of my own koney never asked this rubish agency for anything my cooker isnt working since i moved into the house they provided me with half furnished furniture all the beds was broken with bed bugs in them the closets broken with bugs completely discusting i got new furniture in the house i repainted the walls the doors i made the house as it was my own completely took cared of it after 6 month i had to renew my contract the house has a garage has alot of space to keep my car in it , when i tryed to re- new my contract he said he cannot renew my contract because i have put my car in the garage and im not aloud to use my garage so i had to park my car on the street because i wasnt aloud to use my garage then he renew my contract this year for 12 months on easter holidays i went back home into my country i was late with my rent around a week and a half because i wasnt in uk ‘jags’ came into the house wondered around he changed my locks from the doors he tryed to kick out my other family that was staying in the house .with a 12 month contract hes trying to kick me out suddelny because he wake up one day and felt like it .rubish agency trying just to make money kick people out whenever they feel like it they lie alot if you want to rent from them any property i advice to stay away as theyre not a serious agency they harras you aswel very annoying and they call non stop they dont care if your in work they text several messages non stop .very bad agency

Just going to write a bad review cause otherwise this agency is completely ignoring emails and calls. Been living in one of this agency’s hauses for almost two years. Just right …
