Great service and leads from the Lead Hero team...
Very helpful
Our experience was perfectly fine, but ultimately a little underwhelming. The purchasing process was handled professionally and we had no major issues (that was in their control), but we didn’t find the service particularly warm or personable. Upon key collection, we were rather quickly ushered out with a request to leave a review, along with two follow-up emails to do the same, which all feels a little transactional. Having also sold a property ourselves, we had a very different experience with our own estate agents, who were exceptionally communicative, supportive and genuinely invested in making the process a positive one. They also went the extra mile with thoughtful touches that made us feel valued as clients, along with gifts for us and our buyers. That comparison perhaps highlighted what was missing here. There’s nothing particularly wrong with the service we received, but equally, there wasn’t anything that made us feel we would choose them for a future sale. We do, however, wish them the best of luck and see loads of houses that sell relatively quickly in the Somer Valley area, so we are in no doubt that they are good at their jobs. They're just not for us.
Between the helpdesk and me, we couldn't work out why verification text messages weren't arriving, which meant I couldn't even begin to use the app. We came up with a workaround to use my partner's phone. As for the app itself, it's mostly fine, but inconsistent; I had the option to upload an existing identity document, but had to take a call, then when I came back to do it that option had gone, and I could only take a new photo of the document. All that said, the helpdesk is that rare thing, responsive and actually helpful!
