Sent through a raft of information and they couldn’t even send a summary of what was discussed. Poor really.

Lead Hero contacted me and wanted to present their system. I thought I'd give it a listen, especially since the man who scheduled the appointments was really nice on the phone. Today, Mr. Kießling called me and was anything but friendly. The conversation started with a discussion, at which point I asked Mr. Kießling if he wanted to continue the discussion or present the system as previously promised. Mr. Kießling then ended the call. My experience with Lead Hero has therefore been very negative!

Like a lot of companies very good until you get a problem then they don’t won’t to know. Disappointed to say the least. Still plenty of other auctioneers.

You will be short changed from this auction house.

Worst company to deal with as an ex employee, trying to get any response from head office is an absolute farce, they say they will return your calls ASAP, but never do, I call and they can not put you through to the person that is dealing with the enquiry, so overall, really bad service, and no way of getting any answers from them at this point in time, It has taken 3 weeks so far for any form of response and still none forthcoming, if this is the state of the admin for employees and ex employees, I hope it is better for paying clients....

I wouldn't recommend this Estate Agent.They do not respond to repairs,even when you pay the rent regularly.

Absolutely disappointed, rude agents, with an unprofessional approach to the client. They do not allow you to express your opinion, insulting you by saying that you will be a difficult tenant. They also say all people lie just to have a roof over their head. I am also waiting for my money that I gave as a holding deposit, in which at first they shouted that they would not give money back. Today I spoke to another agent who said I should to have my money today. We'll see!

Not professional and not responsive. Doesn't call when they said they would. Left me in the dark for days. Rang office to follow up and left message with a colleague. Still haven't had a call back!

Horrible business. Don’t work with them we ended up having to report them to the ombudsman.
