Whilst this app might work for the computer savvy young for an elderly person using a smartphone it’s absolutely horrendous. Can I suggest that whoever developed this app first tries it out on their elderly grandmother!!
Amateurish
Absolute joke of a company. Put an offer in on the 9th of June, and it was then accepted on the 13th. I was then pressured to get a solicitor / mortgage ect. After doing this, I was told the property would be taken off the market, and it …
My son and his partner who are homeless and staying in a hotel put in an application for a flat. They passed the references and credit checks and so did their guarantor. Their guarantor got all the information that they asked for. It took a while to get the information as their guarantor is in a wheelchair and doesn't do internet banking. They were aware of this. He was informed by Let Alliance that it won't be an issue. Tracey emailed my son and his partner saying that they are rejecting the application. She could of picked up the phone and rang them but she gave a very poor excuse as to why she didn't. She said "you'd of shouted at me if I rang you". No reasonable explanation was given. Tracey blamed Let Alliance but when my son rang Let Alliance they said that it wasn't their decision and the decision is solely with the estate agent or landlord. My son and his partner put in a complaint but that was unfairly investigated by Tracey. The complaint was against Tracey so it wasn't a fair investigation. It should've been dealt with by another manager or director. I have a sneaky suspicion that the reviews are false as when my son and his partner put a review on here. Immediately a few glowing reviews came up. In my opinion it's a dodgy company and I would strongly advise NOT doing business with them. This will be taken further.
Dreadful service from start to finish. Dawn lovely lady but hugely let down by Tracy, she’s not fit to run an estate agent. Wouldn’t recommend.
Initially, Dawn was very nice to deal with. However, when she went on holiday, Tracey took over. We put in for a flat and passed all the references and credit checks. Our guarantor passed the references and credit checks. Our guarantor is in a wheelchair and not the quickest at doing things, but he got all the documents that they asked for. He also doesn't do internet banking and was assured by Let Alliance that it won't be an issue. After providing a number of documents. Our guarantor even increased the amount from £29,000 to £35,000. We received an email from Tracey, who told us that they are refusing our application. She blamed Let Alliance, but they don't make the decision. It's purely down to the landlord or letting agent. She didn't even have the decency to ring us. They all knew the circumstances of us being homeless and staying in a hotel. Tracey did not care and she lied. Tracey even laughed at us over the phone when we rang her. When we asked why she didn't ring us she replied "well because you'd of shouted at me that's why". How unprofessional is that. No understanding or care in the stressful situation that we are in. Oh and also the property was re advertised on rightmove before we even got the holding fee back and that took a week to get back. We had an email this morning from Tracey after we complained and let's just say it's a fob off response. We are going to contact The Property Ombudsman and ARLA. We honestly don't understand how they are still in business. Don't trust these people. They will waste your time, build your hopes up and let you down at the last minute. Avoid.
Tried 3 times to put in my details reading the NFC chip on my passport. Nothing worked. No one to contact. Very bad service. Martina Doble
Absolutely terrible. There were systems failures reading the passport security symbol. At least twenty minutes before spoke to helpdesk. Entirely digitally focussed with no other options. This service doesn't meet or even offer facilities for clients without Smartphones or on line banking. Totally inadequate service.
