As first-time buyers, we expected guidance and clear communication throughout the process — unfortunately, our experience with Your Move Midsomer Norton was the opposite. The agent we dealt with was extremely pushy from the start, and when it came to making an offer, the communication was almost nonexistent. We received no real updates on the progress of our offers and felt completely left in the dark. It also felt as though our lack of experience was taken advantage of rather than supported, which was incredibly disappointing. The whole experience came across as unprofessional and ultimately put us off buying the property altogether. Based on this experience, we would never buy or sell through Your Move Midsomer Norton.
