The worst estate agent we have encountered. The lady from rentals (Dawn?! Correct me if I’m wrong) seems lovely on the phone but appears none of our calls got any further than that. Very poor communication. We were essentially blocked from booking or getting any confirmation, despite multiple attempts to schedule viewings. Our follow-up calls and messages were completely ignored. Complete silence and a total lack of returned communication is not how you run a business or treat potential buyers. If they are this unresponsive before you even get through the door, I can only imagine what it is like trying to deal with them through an actual transaction! They have no thought for their vendors and are working and doing what is best for them as agents. Save your time and take your business to an agent who actually responds!
