Me and my partner have just purchased our first house through ferndown estates. As first time buyers we where slightly overwhelmed with all involved but the staff at Ferndown made us feel very comfortable and at ease with the process. They helped at every oppurtunity and updated us constantly through out the purchase and are so friendly. We would like to thank everyone who helped us get started on the property ladder. Cannot rate Ferndown highly enough! All staff are friendly, professional, welcoming and most of all reassuring. This was our first house move and we didn’t know what to expect. Ferndown showed us that this whole process doesn’t need to be stressful and we’re always at the end of the phone to help. Would recommend anyone thinking of moving house to use this brilliant company!
