Viewing properties with Ferndown was always friendly yet professional, taking Covid restrictions into consideration. I felt our agent was friendly without being pushy. Once we'd decided to purchase we were passed to a different rep who was always sure to keep is in the loop every step of the way, either via email or a phone call. We were able to contact and get a speedy response and have even had things sorted post completion. Highly recommended.
