We had seen two properties with Ferndown and were very impressed with their knowledge of the properties. We had recently sold ours and our estate agent wouldn’t be able to tell potential buyers anything about it because they never asked us! However Ferndown were able to tell me about local schools, amenities and key information about the properties. We met John who we felt wasn’t pushy, but was very knowledgable about the house and local area and gave us time to consider our options. Once we had our offer accepted we then worked with Charlotte who we felt was fantastic and kept us informed of the progress of the whole chain and ensured that we were fully informed. She is an asset to the company. We would highly recommend people to use this estate agents.
