I can not put into words how amazing Ferndown Estates are, even with a particularly difficult house purchase, from start to finish the team were incredible. From arranging the original viewing, then letting us set up a half an hour second viewing after our offer was accepted so we could show our parents the property (this was particularly important to us being first time buyers) and all the support throughout the difficult process. I truly believe if it was not for Charlotte being so amazing and hands on we would still not be in our house now. It was a particularly difficult house purchase and Charlotte was always there for me to have a rant and cry down the phone (sometimes sad tears but eventually happy tears!) She constantly kept the pressure on to both solicitors, working so hard to ensure progress was being made, and was always the first to call me with updates so we could ensure everything got done as quick as possible. We are eternally grateful for all you did Charlotte as you are the reason we are now sat happy and well in our first ever home.
