So what a roller-coaster it was for us! From start to finish the whole team at Ferndown were nothing short of amazing! They went above and beyond for us and were always professional all the way through! A special thank you goes to Ian, Adam and John who listened and dealt with every concern that i had, responded to my phone calls and emails, reassured me and constantly supported me beyond their roles (especially Ian who went on a crusade to try and solve the issues we had!)i will be eternally grateful! Can't leave a review without mentioning the lovely Alan who was really great, showing us round a few houses until we found the one! And last to get a special mention is Super Charlotte who was so lovely and funny in the after sales team! Charlotte is like a solicitors fly at BBQ she will not go away until she has the answers she needs to keep her customers informed! She really works so hard to keep communication going and ensures all are on the same page so that conveyancing is a stress free as possible!
