From start to finish Ferndown were excellent. Our first contact was with Alex, the Lettings Manager, who talked us through the whole procedure of selling a property. He arranged all viewings, adhering to Covid restrictions, and did the majority of the viewings himself but keeping us informed on their progress. Thanks Alex – excellent. Last but not least we have to mention Charlotte Lees who became our main point of contact with Ferndown once the property had been sold. She updated us regularly and did whatever was needed to progress the sale. What a star and a great asset to the Ferndown team; thank you Charlotte. We had seen two properties with Ferndown and were very impressed with their knowledge of the properties.
