From start to finish Ferndown were excellent. Our first contact was with Alex, the Lettings Manager, who talked us through the whole procedure of selling a property. He arranged all viewings, adhering to Covid restrictions, and did the majority of the viewings himself but keeping us informed on their progress. Thanks Alex – excellent. Last but not least we have to mention Charlotte Lees who became our main point of contact with Ferndown once the property had been sold.
