I Just moved into my new home last Friday, defiantly 5 stars to Ferndown Estate, especially to both Adam and Louise. Hadn't been their huge efforts on my case, I probably wouldn't be able to get my dream home. I would definitely recommend Ferndown Estate for the following reasons: 1. They are professional. I was briefed of the property marketing info and had room photos professionally taken by Adam, and one later it went on the market and got sold agreed within two weeks time. 2. They are really good at monitoring and chasing progression throughout the whole chain. A big thumb up to Louise, as in my case, there are so many people are involved: my sales/purchases solicitor, the Estate Agency(the property I was purchasing from), my buyer's solicitor and my buyer's buyer solicitor. She has been doing a fantastic job to keep all parties informed and satisfied. 3. They are fabulous with regards to crisis handling. The chain collapsed unfortunately due to the bottom of the chain pulled out right before the exchange. I was disappointed and panic and had a lot of pressure from the new home developer. Adam guided me through it and managed to keep the whole thing progressing. It has been a long bumpy road for me, and I am so glad that I have been through this with Ferndown Estate.

Thelma dealt with my rental property brilliantly, after a really bad experience with our previous letting agent who ended up costing us a fortune for a tenant that was in 5 months.
