Ferndown did a great job when selling our property in 2020. Adam and his team did an amazing job in marketing the property. Adam’s knowledge on the local market and his advice on sale price was great. We were unsure having never sold a property before but trusted him and we are so glad that we did. His advice led to 10 viewings within a week of listing and offers from multiple buyers days later. A sale was agreed around 2weeks from us listing for sale. Amazing. The conveyancing process was understandably long due to the Covid-19 pandemic and a long chain for our onward purchase. But Ferndown’s team were active in chasing progress every week. Towards the end of the process Adam and Charlotte at Ferndown were chasing third parties daily and keeping us fully updated at all times. A great service that went beyond our expectations.

Ive recently sold through Ferndowns and my sale was messy and a lot of the professionals with a part to play of the chain were even surprised with how bad it got - mainly due to my buyer and solicitors. However Charlotte was amazing with the progression. From the moment she took over looking after my sale she kept me informed, I didn't have to chase her and I can honestly say I don't think she could of done more for us - she went above and beyond, felt like even on a personal level it was important to her. We felt valued. It was chalk and cheese the experience we got with other companies within the chain. We would of not sold and let our property out and pulled out the sale if Charlotte wasn't part of it when she was, we were days away when we got introduced to her. Charlotte is hugely responsible for our review - If I was hiring in my business I wouldn't hesitate to employ her, I know she would do her utmost to do her best and she does it well. So what a roller-coaster it was for us! From start to finish the whole team at Ferndown were nothing short of amazing! They went above and beyond for us and were always professional all the way through! I can not put into words how amazing Ferndown Estates are, even with a particularly difficult house purchase, from start to finish the team were incredible. From arranging the original viewing, then letting us set up a half an hour second viewing after our offer was accepted so we could show our parents the property (this was particularly important to us being first time buyers) and all the support throughout the difficult process. I truly believe if it was not for Charlotte being so amazing and hands on we would still not be in our house now. It was a particularly difficult house purchase and Charlotte was always there for me to have a rant and cry down the phone (sometimes sad tears but eventually happy tears!) She constantly kept the pressure on to both solicitors, working so hard to ensure progress was being made, and was always the first to call me with updates so we could ensure everything got done as quick as possible. We are eternally grateful for all you did Charlotte as you are the reason we are now sat happy and well in our first ever home. And I genuinely already miss speaking to you regularly for a chat as you managed to always reassure me in the lowest of times when I thought the house purchase was never going to go through!! We have rented a property from ferndown for over 7 years and they have always been fantastic to us. Whenever they was a problem it was done with speed and haste. The girls in the rental team are a credit to the estate agent. The only reason we are leaving our current property as we are moving to a bigger property.
