Highly recommend Ferndown Estates when it comes to selling a property. The team kept us informed throughout the whole sale process and provided much needed assistance with tasks which we could not handle as we live abroad and our property was empty. Me and my partner have just purchased our first house through ferndown estates. As first time buyers we where slightly overwhelmed with all involved but the staff at Ferndown made us feel very comfortable and at ease with the process. Fantastic estate agents all round, friendly and efficient with the positive professional touch that you find are lacking with other places. Amanda and Thelma are very thorough if you have a problem or question. If I were to move back to Birmingham they're the only estate agents I'd use.

I do apologize it was because i was so happy with the news you had just passed onto me that i wasn't reading everything correctly. I can honestly say that from meeting Ian and Adam that first time where you explained the process of how the system works and what to expect we were happy to let you deal with everything and now as you said we are moving. thank you to everybody you have proved to be the best I have no hesitation in saying give Ferndown estates a try, you won't be disappointed. alan palfrey
