Thieves. They want you to pay for wear and tear usage and not willing to discuss any further clarification. Run from their reposit scheme as it’s an avenue to over complicate things for you.

Hi Ekene, We’re sorry to hear of your disagreement with your landlord’s end of tenancy charges. It is common for tenants and landlords to disagree with each other’s share of the liabilities and we do meditate this before allowing them to settle a claim to reduce any undue stress. Your comments are incorrect regarding our communication and wear & tear share for your landlord but we appreciate your frustration and opinion towards your landlord at this time. As we have explained to you privately your landlord is contributing hundreds of pounds for fair wear & tear but they wish you to contribute to some the works needed also because of the condition you left the property in. We can see that you have an open dispute with the Reposit service at the moment so please rest assured that their impartial adjudicator will set the liabilities based on the evidence provided and the contractual & legal obligation of both parties. We aren’t connected to Reposit as a company but we do trust their independent adjudicators will settle this dispute for you in a fair and unbiased manner.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Terrible experience with this agency. They don’t offer support and are dubious when it come to end of tenancy. They even charge you for wear and tear usages.

Paul, the director of Aisworth Lord Estate, highly recommended a surveyor he used regularly & trusted, for a property we'd offered the full asking price on. When the surveyor's report came through claiming it was not a mortgageable proposition, he instantly changed his mind about him. Paul said we should overlook the opinion & the identified repair work over 75k. Paul advised that we should now fork out for another surveyor for a 2nd opinion. His advice is comical. It gets better!! He took a deposit of 5k from us, explaining at the time that it was just a goodwill gesture to show we were serious buyers. After the report came through, we told Paul on 29th Sept, that we can not proceed, we asked him to return the deposit. Paul was now not forthcoming with communication, so my wife gave him a 1star rating. The communication instantly improved, she received an email threatening her with legal action for rating him. The prison attire is definitely not for her. 😆 Paul claimed on 5th Oct, that he's been in talks with the vendor to prevent us from losing our deposit. My wife has trust issues when it comes to him & insisted we visit the vendor. It pains me to say it, she was right! On 8th Oct, the vendor confirmed her suspicion. We decided to confront Paul in person today. When asked why he still has our money, he said he would be transferring to the vendor this week. 🤔 Paul said he was hoping to negotiate, he could offer us deal so we wouldn't lose our deposit. We asked him what he proposed. He's response "why don't you buy half the premises it would cost less". I can't stomach this man. My wife entertained him & asked for the price. Paul said 75k. Now for simple maths Surveyor valuation = 100k full premises Half premises =50k Paul's DEAL for half premises =75k I wonder if Paul failed maths Now for simple maths: Surveyor = 100k for full premises Half premises = 50k Paul's DEAL for half premises = 75K I wonder if Paul failed maths

Took a 1 year tenancy out but left within 9 months. They charge you £600 to leave early, if if you have someone to take over Deductibles after… got charged and £85 bogus fee so the could wipe water stains off a tap, wipe the fridge and wipe a tiny bit of left over oven cleaner I’d missed. They lied to us during the viewing promising the landlord would get us curtains but never did. Left a plug faulty even though it was reported, took 3 weeks to fix our fridge and the block of flat we were in had a broken lift 90% of the year. Not to mention the building itself is so badly made! Also, I offer to pay £40 towards the cleaning which was still too high but they rejected it. Unreasonable, unhelpful and overall bad company to rent with. I won’t be going back there

Hi Lauren, Sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time in the property, we will certainly feed this back to the developers for the benefit of future tenancies. We did explain during your viewing that the brand-new, unfurnished properties do not come with blinds but we will ask your landlord if they could install these for you; unfortunately they chose not to provide these. As the property was brand-new, we were restricted to only use warranty repairs instead of our usual, prompt contractors. After relentless chases at our end the developers fixed your plug socket and Beko fixed your fridge. We completely understand that the delays are frustrating for you as the occupant on the receiving end. We did negotiate a £200 rent reduction for you from the landlord to help compensate for the these delays. Considering the property was handed over brand-new and clean, normal procedure is to cover any cleaning costs to return the property back to the condition you received it in, regrettably the landlord did not want to share this cost with you. We will share your feedback with the building managers for you other issues

Pathetic service. Absolute scammers, unreasonable charges, Charing me for changing locks when I handed the keys in. Have reported these thiefs to trading standards. Edit: the below is a blatant lie. I was given one key when I moved into the property. I have proof of this and will be reporting this to the relevant body. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

Reply from agent

Hi Zohaib, as discussed privately you were given two keys but only handed one back. We must therefore change the locks to protect the new occupants of that property. We cannot risk someone else having a key to their property, I’m sure you would feel the same if you were in their situation. Thank you Team Qube

Scammers. Please avoid. Fake listing. I came across several properties which were added just a day before. When I enquired for site visit, they said all the properties were booked, and further they said only one property is available but for different price (+200 pounds), which seems to be the same property they advertised. They are literally showing one price for a property and increasing it or marking it as sold out until someone agrees for a huge price. Scammers.

They were ok throughout the year and helpful at the beginning of the tenancy, but when we disputed the (extortionate) end of tenancy deposit fee (asking us to pay for a full repaint when our flat most certainly wasn’t freshly painted or professionally cleaned when we moved in from the previous tenant!) they subsequently added on more charges! I can imagine the money will be going straight in somebody’s pocket and not towards a repaint (as it’s not even needed in the first place). You might as well ignore the move-in inventory report- they don’t cross reference as stated (what is the point in doing it in the first place if you don’t use it?) If they had, then they would see that we had left the flat in far better state than we found it. Not only this, but we used the Reposit scheme and to further dispute the charge requested we were asked to pay another £60 which feels pretty unfair considering some of the charges were so unjustified. A very calculated way of taking advantage of tenants. Joe Lycett needs to get onto this company! Unfortunately they were unwilling to even solicit a conversation about the charge reduction.

Had a viewing booked for 3:30pm, we sent confirmation via text message, then our viewing was moved to a different time, seems very unorganised... I'd look elsewhere for rentals.

Reply from agent

Hi Sammie, the current tenants cancelled the viewing at your requested time. We do apologise for the inconvenience at the time but our hands are tied when this happens unfortunately. Kind Regards, Team Qube
