I had 2 flats over 2 years both were absolutely freezing and mouldy I would wake up and cough in the morning the 1st flat I had smelled so badly of dog when I moved in I cleaned that up and eventually left the flat good but still got charged 165 cleaning fee.on the 2nd flat I lost all my deposit because I was simply fed up of cleaning mould off the walls every couple of weeks the walls actually leaked water onto plugs it was dangerous it affected my health and I woke up violently coughing every morning in the weeks/months before I could get out of there the staff at the office are very nice and polite but there propertys are absolutely unlivable very poor condition i wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy i am so happy to be with a decent landlord it been 2 years of misery with paul hubbard...don't call pay me what you unfairly took and I'll remove reviews.still sending me emails to this day..

JOLENE SHOWED US AROUND A PROPERTY WE EVENTUALLY BOUGHT CLAIMING SHE HAD LEFT CONSERVATORY KEYS AT THEIR BRANCH. LIE...! THERE WAS NO KEYS. TARA FROM AFTER SALES WAS LYING, MISLEADING. HOWARDS ESTATE AGENTS HAVE NOW INFORMED MYSELF THIS IS COMMON PRACTICE FOR THESE SCAMMERS. PLEASE DO NOT BUY OR SELL A PROPERTY FROM THIS SUPPOSED ES- STATE...! AGENTS. THIS AGENT TELL BLATANT LIES TO GET THEIR COMMISION. THEY ARE AN UTTER DISGRACE. BRINGING MISERY TO HOPFUL BUYERS AND SELLERS. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THEM TO COURT FOR DISCLOSURE ISSUES. I am disgusted with Paul Hubbard CEO of this estate agent. I have moved into a property in the Kirkley area and am completely new to Suffolk having relocated from Northamptonshire. The house was sold to me stating It has a combi boiler which it most definitely doesn't. The survey I had conducted stated it was old and would need attention in due time, however, a gas safe engineer has called and condemned it- it is unsafe to be switched on. I have lived in the house for 2 weeks now with no hot water or heating. Luckily the weather is warm so only hot water is needed. I have rung repeatedly asking to speak to Paul Hubbard personally only to be contacted by a member of his staff . After sales didn't even have the decency to speak to me face to face when I visited the office. The solicitor-Leadenhall Law group that Hubbard recommended was useless more or less from start to finish. They both presumably get some kind of backhand from each other at my expense. What should be a joyous experience- moving to a different county to pursue the next life chapter has turned into a nightmare. Both solicitor and agent blame each other passing the buck. I am in the process of pursuing the matter from a different angle.
Paul hubbards service is AWFUL, especially after sales. No one on hand to deal with your complaints or chasing up of sale, our property was sold to buyers who weren’t chain free when we instructed them to only take offers of this nature, Natalie was unhelpful and rude, no updates throughout the whole process without being promoted and phoned constantly. On completion nothing was said from Paul Hubbard, we had to issue a deadline to even get a completion date on the sale, we will never ever use them again, stay away!!
I used to stay at a flat on london road south with my dad on the weekends and we spent one night in the loving room together and the heater wasn't working they sent 2 people over to look at it and it never got fixed it was forgotten about the bathroom developed mould after a couple of months and now my dad is having over 500 pound taken off his deposit for cleaning and mould removal even though the place was in good condition when we left and when we arrived the first day it was grimy so they dknt clean there properties as this has happened at another place on the croft in fact i was barely seeing my dad whole he was staying as it was to cold in the living room
Had 2 flats both were freezing cold damp and mouldy I also think they are very unfair when it comes to returning deposit and all the windows in the 2nd property were leaking and the heating didn't work but they still charge me 265 for mould removal..buyer beware use better agents these are just money hungry greedy people but the staff are very nice and polite is all the good I can say about my experiance
Iv had 2 propertys off these guys and both were freezing cold the 2nd was far worse than The 1st they take your deposit even if you return the property better than recieved my 1st 1 smelled to bad of dogs me and the person showing me around couldn't even breathe I was forced to take that property or be homeless but the 2nd 1 I specifically told the office girls I can't wait to be warm and in a draft free property....the knowingly put me in a damp mouldy flat that turned black after just 3 months I had to stay with a friend till the 6 month tenancy was up so I didn't suffer any more financial effects than I wanted my credit rating is now destroyed because iv had to move 3 times an under 18 months..there propertys from my experience are awful will even damage your health..when I am out of this black flat I will leave a more detailed review...all staff at the office are wonderful and polite I have no issues with staff just there mouldy damp smelly flats
