Paul Hubbard is the worst and I mean WORST estate agents I've ever dealt with... they take my email address to send me confirmation of a house viewing, they take it down wrong so I call on the day if the viewing confirming time of viewing with them. we confirm the viewing time and we arrive on time after an hour and twenty minute drive, and there's no one here. I call on the way to get a post code as no email was sent after confirming the correct email address. it's disgusting they're absolutely shocking and don't have the courtesy or the slightest decency to tell me they're not going to bother before there offices close. absolute joke. won't be bothering again and I suggest others steer clear too.

Shocked by the incredible poor experience of trying to view a property through them. Used the online portal to try and view a property and received no communication from them. Called up and was told they thought the property was possibly being sold so they hadn’t taken any bookings- but either way no communication - the. Told earliest we could view was mid next week as other viewings already scheduled in! Which is it - no viewings as thought was sold or taking bookings? Would have absolutely no faith in buying or selling through them. As a vendor selling I would want to see through bookings to maximise offer potential in the property. As a buyer if this is how they handle initial enquiries I have no faith.

Evicted a single mum for no reason, rent been paid, no complaints just because her ex insiated on being taken off the tenancy. They then lied to the council about why they were evicting her. The lettings manager Sophie said on the day of the eviction that they don't really like single mothers in their properties.

they are nasty towards foreigners, tslow on responce and that all about the covid 19 problems that goverment closed the recycling centres - we can not remove the rubbish and they want to charge us. we have live on18 john street lowestoft they want to take from us part off Deposit !!???

Just don't rent from them! They will issue a section 21 for being less than a month behind on rent, don't even give you a chance to sort it out. They also think it's acceptable for a tenant to go 3 weeks without a boiler (no heating or hot water) in the middle of winter with a baby under 1 but don't forget to pay your rent on time or you're out!
