Shameless people, was told by Simone the lady who valued my property that i could leave at any time, however after two months, three viewings and two further alleged viewers who never turned up or cancelled, and some absolutely dreadful customer service. I tried to leave but was forced against my will to stay for another four weeks. I even received alleged feedback from one of the viewers who never turned up. A truly shocking experience, I was told by Erin she would come back to me about a prospective viewer and three weeks later I am still waiting for her to come back, I am guessing the viewer could not make the dates I could but it would have been nice to be told. Should you wish to engage these people to sell your house, then be aware that a lot of what they tell you is lies, good luck you will need it. It would appear these guys are losing market share and are desperate to halt that, I was contacted by a manager called Scot who offered a reduced rate to stay with them, less than the 1% previously agreed. However even then they were still showing the incorrect information about my property despite asking several times to amend it. I therefore had no option but to take my property off the market. Apparently they changed their terms between my initial valuation and when I engaged them and inserted the 28 day notice period, its just a pity they were not honest enough to tell me about it. Shocking, and what's even more shocking is on there website it indicates being a member of The Property Ombudsman, and guess what? that is another lie. Try and make a complaint and they are not a member, perhaps loss of market share = cant afford the fees? Just a bunch of lovely people!!! If you want to sell a property try an estate agent rather than these.

The worst agents I have been, they post houses for sale and when you make appointment with them, they cancel, they leave you waiting for call back also not apologies they terrible won’t recommend at allNegativeProfessionalism

Worst estate agents in Lowestoft without a dought!

Very disappointed with this service. Dishonest, blatantly withholding information to assist the buyer of our property not for our onwards move. Very disappointed by the lack of communication and evidently what was promised but not delivered. I would definitely try and avoid again in the future.

Told so many lies and held back information. I will never use them again or ever recommend them. Other agents in the area seem to work with each other much better. Once I complained there was 1 staff member out of many, who contacted me who appeared more honest and was understanding of my disgust of thier service. Until this complaint however we had been strung along with no information for 3 months!!! Plus I don't believe we ever got an apology. Overall very disappointed with what is perceived to be a good business.

Very disappointed with the service from the Letting side not very professional at all, had to do most of chasing so far,I’m now looking for a refund of fees I’ve paid will update with you soon.UPDATED I didn’t get my money back even though I took them to the ombudsman. Chloe also shared my data with her family so beware if you have any dealings with her.

Haven’t met a single person with a good thing to say about them. They are currently holding up our whole chain, have been waiting to move for over a month now 😡
