Found a new place, handed keys back to their office with photo of keys and signed confirmation. 2 days later, I receive a voicemail: "Hi there, just wanted to see if you are still living in the property?". I should hope not seeing as it was YOU that I handed the keys to. They also stated, "oh we will help you find somewhere, it's in our best interests to help you and we want to help you". No, no you didn't. You did not offer to help, we asked to be put into the mailing list for new properties, and you failed to do even that. First impression with yourselves and it's shoddy to say the least. I will avoid your company, and have no intentions of using you at all.
