Very very expensive fees. Viewed property on waveney drive. Lovely big house in a real bad state. They wanted 750 deposit 400 per pet fees for this fees for that. See for your self
Terrible customer service, rude when asked questions and evasive about important facts. Definitely not an enjoyable experience.
Appalled by this company! Started off great with Scot doing valuation, but unfortunately once on market customer service went downhill. House was on two weeks with no floor plan, for which I chased and then it was added but was wrong layout and measurements!! No following up potentially offers until I chased them!! Feedback was great after first viewing but then non existent until I chased for it! Did viewing and allowed people to walk round my house with something dirty on their shoes, luckily I managed to scrub it out of carpets! Gave the 14 days notice as was not happy and was told They would endeavour to contact me more within the next 2 weeks to discuss things and where we go from here. I did not receive one phone call (apart from to arrange viewings) and house removed from market after the 14 days, with no hesitation!! I’m now back at square one again!! Thanks for nothing Paul Hubbard Estate Agents!!!
Customer service is beyond awful at this company. Rude, Lazy, and I would say incompetent at times. It has taken 4 years for work to be carried out on a property I, unfortunately, rent through them. House visits or meetings will be set up, then nobody turns up, without even a phone call or notification of being canceled. There seems to be no communication between the employees that work there, including passing simple messages onto myself (the tenant) from the landlord. The latest example of this would be not telling me about 2 days of work that had been scheduled to be carried out on the property being canceled, I only found out due to calling them the night before to check what parts of the property the workers would need access too. (This is also work that was assured to me would be carried out upon living at the property after 1 month, despite, at time of writing, it being 4 years later.) Total waste of time company that seem to have lost the basic meaning of common courtesy. Paul Hubbards Estate Agents will make as many promises as they can while trying to rent you a home but not fulfill a single one in a timely manner. Oh and as for the 5 star reviews on here, 5 of the 7 seem to be the owners friends or employees after a quick Facebook check, so take that for what you will.
